Transit Systems HTS
Hawke Transit Systems is a means to maintain integrity of a firewall, bulkhead or deck through which electrical cables, pipes or other services pass. The Hawke Cable Transit System is the only Totally Inspectable System where each individual block has a colour coded face to ensure that each size and pair of tolerant block halves are always correctly matched to the cable diameter.

Filler Blocks Filler blocks are made of zero halogen, intumescent elastomeris polymer. The are used to fill spaces within the frame which are not required for services, thus allowing spare capacity for future requirements. |

Tolerant Blocks HTS tolerant blocks are hologen free and colour coded thus allowing immediate inspectability during installation. Typical sealing range of 4mm per block. EMC blocks are available. |

Compression System The HTS compression system is an integral part of the transit system. Installed correctly the compression system guarantees the correct level of compression has been applied to seal the system. |

HMX Frame Marine Applications The Hawke Marine Frames, type HMX are normally used in marine applications and are normally welded into the deck/bulkhead structure. There are four standard sizes of aperture. Multiple aperture frames can be manufactured to suit 99.9% of marine applications

HRT Round Frames Marine & Civil
Designed to effectively seal circular apertures, such as core drilled holes, cast and metal pipes. Used in conjunction with standard Hawke Insert & FIller block. The Fire/Gas/Water tight seal is formed by tightening the integral compression bolts, which expand the system radially. Integral extraction facility enables cabling to be modified.
Available in Mild Steel and Stainless Steel, in seven different sizes.

EMC Frames Hawke Open Round Transits are used in both civil and marine applications. Designed to effectively seal around exisiting cables within circular apertures, such as core drilled holes, cast and metal pipes. Used in conjunction with standard Hawke Insert & FIller block. The Fire/Gas/Water tight seal is formed by tightening the integral compression bolts, which expand the system radially.The system is designated by the letters HRTO. |

EMC Frames The EMC range of transit frames are available in all the HMX and HCX types. EMC frames together with Hawke's EMC blocks are highly conductive and provides the excellent shielding ability. Available in Electro Zinc Plated Mild Steel or different grades of Stainless Steel |

Transit System Accessories Accessories include stayplates, backing plates, polystyrene moulds, pulling devices, lubricant and mastic. |
